Project Manager-System Migration

Introduction:

  • Coordinating the synchronized execution of project deliverables across the roll-in affiliate and/or organization
  • Organize all milestones for roll-in organizations
  • In alignment with the Shared Service Center and program Core Team, to coordinate roll-in resources and deliverables
  • Mobilize roll-in organization Learning Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to execute project phase deliverables
  • Provide regular project reporting and updates to the Program Manager
  • Work with the Learning Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE)  Business Process Manager (BPM) in partnering with roll-in learning community members to ensure delivery of exceptional user experience
  • Work closely with the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Shared Service Centre (SSC) and Core Team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify all training materials and records for roll-in organization
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Centre (SSC) and Core Team to ensure migration (system or data entry) is delivered
  • Mobilize local resources as needed to identify training data and verify migration of records
  • Identify as-is processes and guide Learning Experts on to-be processes (in coordination with Core Team and BPO)
  • Identify all eLearnings and manage the modernization of those eLearnings to ensure they work across browser the platform and mobile devices
  • Identify all key stakeholder groups and communicate often and effectively
  • Engage Sr. Leadership in the roll-in organization to ensure buy-in and communication
  • Manage translation of communication materials and training materials into local language(s)
  • Coordinate training of administrators and learners to ensure preparedness for deployment
  • Escalate any risks of delivery to the Project Manager
  • Own all core Project Management Office (PMO) deliverables for respective roll-ins (e.g. project plan)
