Interim Global Brand Manager/Leader

Introduction:

Global Brand Manager/Leader will manage ongoing projects supporting the launch of new indications. This includes finalization of the new brand campaign, development of promotional sales material and preparing an internal launch meeting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Global Communication and Branding deliverables;
  • Continue to work on going projects, prepare promotional material, coordinating launch meeting, be involved to finally integrate the promotional and launch activities in the launch strategy;
  • Manage the development and roll-out of the commercial strategy across the organization;
  • Oversee the global commercial brand team;
  • Develop long-range forecasts and business cases, and drive the development of target product profiles to inform the clinical development of new indications and/or formulations;
  • Provide insight and support to Regional and Affiliate teams with the development and implementation of marketing platforms;
  • Coordinating congress activities with the Global Congress Team;
  • Partner with Health Economics and Pricing work with the global HE&P team to develop pricing and reimbursement/value messaging and strategy;
  • Developing excellent relationships to International Key Opinion Leaders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business life sciences or related discipline, MBA preferred
  • At least 5 years’ marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in cardio-pulmonary diseases and/or international/global
  • Previous experience as marketing function leader/manager
  • Excellent persuasiveness & influencing skills, with proven ability to work within matrix organizations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
  • Ability to manage complex issues and to establish fruitful working relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders internally and externally
  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
