Human Resources Administrator

For one of our clients, an international biopharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator for a 12 months contract. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • First & second level support to employees in regard to Human Resources administrative questions, in particular time & absence management questions
  • Issuing working contracts, contract amendments as well as other contractual documents
  • Ensuring that all necessary work permits are requested on time and liaises with the corresponding authorities
  • Issuing employment and other certificates to employees
  • Issuing interim and final reference letters to employees based on input of the Human Resources area and/or Line Managers
  • Administering all employee data in the Personnel System and ensuring it’s accuracy
  • Manages the scanning and filing of all relevant HR Documents in the Digital Dossier (E-Archiving) system
  • Acting as an interface to the Human Resources area, payroll and other internal stakeholders
  • Administering the time & absence management system and taking action in consultation with the employee and/or line manager

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources Administration
  • Apprenticeship in administration (KV) and a further education in Human Resources Management (e.g. “Eidg. Dipl. Personalfachmann/-frau” or equivalent) required
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss Labor Law
  • Knowledge of the Swiss Social Insurance System and Swiss Tax Regulations
  • Computer and software usage literate
  • Detail oriented & exact, efficient working style
  • Fluency in German & English (written & spoken), any other language is an advantage
  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
