Supply Chain Coordinator (Available immediately )

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the handling of Supply Chain for the assigned Country or Region and following "Best Distribution Practice" according to Swiss Medic requirements.  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate the “Order to cash” cycle by issuing a corresponding PO to the Supplier;
  • Review each incoming purchase order against agreed MOQs, Price and delivery timelines;
  • Monitor progress of an order throughout the cycle and take a pro-active role in identifying & resolving issues;
  • Communicate ETD's/ETAs, potential delays and other issues impacting delivery timelines to the customers;
  • Review and assess the feasibility of Order change requests and execute the same by coordinating with all impacted parties;
  • Close POs and book costs in the system on delivery completion;
  • Manage, analyse and reconcile purchase orders internally and externally;
  • Generate customer invoices for facilitating shipments and payments;
  • Coordinate between the Customer and the Supplier to ensure the availability of Shipping documents for import/export application and final shipment;
  • Prepare bank documents (Letter of credit, the collection of bank guarantee);
  • Complete Sales report for MEA and MNE;
  • Support and prepare the Sales Budget bi-annual;
  • Implementation of New prices and price changes;
  • Complete Master Data (Vendor/Customer/Material);
  • Handling of reporting tools;
  • Partner with Regulatory, Quality & other supply chain Teams to ensure timely execution of all product changes such as NPIs, site transfers, relabeling etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Business education; min. 3 years experience in SCM in international companies;
  • Ability to understand Pharma business;
  • Fluent (written & spoken) in English;
  • Good intercultural competencies;
  • MS Office, SAP SD, MM, SQ01-reporting tool;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Team worker;
  • Reliable and customer focus;
  • Able to handle different tasks in a timely manner;
  • High flexibility.
