This leading Project Management course is designed specifically for the Clinical Trials Professionals who are experienced in managing complex Clinical Trials.

The aim of this workshop is to ensure you gain a comprehensive understanding of the tools and techniques of project management and how they can be applied straight away to your own clinical research projects in the work place.

Course Leader:

Dr Laura Brown is a UK based Independent Pharmaceutical Training Consultant and Course Director for the MSc in Clinical Research, School of Pharmacy at the University of Cardiff. She is also the author of two books on project management including “Clinical Research Project Management” (2012 Edition Publication). Her delivery style is very interactive and she encourages participants to actively engage in the group exercises and open discussions.
