Administrative Assistant (German-speaking) (60-100%)

 Our client, a large pharmaceutical organization, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6 to 9 months contract (maternity cover) in Bern.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the administrative and event coordination needs for many project teams and individual managers/directors

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Administrative, planning and organization skills
  • Fluent in German and English
