We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Expert or Expert in Science & Technology (Analytical Lab Technician) to join our client's dynamic team for an 18-month contract.
Role Overview:
As an Analytical Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of analytical methods to monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes and products. Your primary focus will be on Mixed Modality technologies, including Radioligand Therapies, Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), and Oligonucleotides. Working in a non-GMP environment, you will plan and execute method development, generate data on development samples, and prepare methods for transfer to a GMP laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize analytical methods to support chemical manufacturing processes and products.
- Perform non-GMP method development and generate data on development samples.
- Prepare analytical methods for transfer to GMP laboratories.
- Focus on Mixed Modality technologies, including Radioligand Therapies, ADCs, and Oligonucleotides.
- Maintain lab infrastructure and manage the inventory of chemicals and reagents.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of experimental procedures and results.
Requirements:
- A successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship with a focus on analytics; BSc or MSc in a related field is also acceptable.
- 1-2 years of experience in the development of analytical methods in a relevant environment.
- Proven knowledge of analytical technologies such as HPLC/UHPLC, with experience in CAD, QTOF, and other MS-based detection systems. Familiarity with GC/HS-GC, KF, and titration systems is desirable.
- Experience with Mixed Modalities such as ADCs, peptides, Radioligand Therapies, or Oligonucleotides is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in software tools including Microsoft Office and chromatography data-evaluation software (e.g., Chromeleon).
- Strong documentation skills, with an independent and self-motivated work style.
