For our Pharma team, we are looking for a new team member:

(Associate) Consultant 800-100%

This role is on a permanent contract and based in our office in Basel.

Your Role: 

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll focus on candidate support, from creating job postings and screening applications to preparing candidates for interviews and debriefing them after.  

As a Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment process from start to finish and develop expertise in specific candidate segments as an **Area Content Expert (ACE).

In both roles, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and brainstorming new, innovative sourcing strategies
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates through networking, internet searches, and referrals  
  • Screening candidates for qualifications, availability, salary expectations, visa status, and relocation needs  
  • Acting as a functional area expert, understanding client needs and job specifications  
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues  
  • Staying informed of Swiss employment legislation and maintaining the highest ethical standards

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in Life Sciences;
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce;
  • Expertise in LinkedIn and social media recruiting;
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in other European languages (for example German, French, Italian, or Spanish);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Eager to learn and continuously grow.
