To support our business development team and continue to grow, we are looking for a
Business Development Manager / Client Solutions Manager (w/m/d)
Your tasks:
· to open the doors to new customers and establish the first contact with them.
· to look after and care for the new customers.
· to represent CTC in the market, our vision and values.
· to be the interface to our internal team, which consists of experienced consultants and experts.
· to constantly develop our business development strategy together with senior team members.
Your competencies and additional desirable skills:
· You are an open, extroverted personality who likes consultative sales and has a proven track record of success.
· In doing so, you will perform with style and authenticity, in keeping with our professional standards and CTC culture.
· You communicate confidently and can easily adapt to different contact persons and situations from start-ups to large companies, with professional HR partners to department heads or management.
· You can organize yourself well, work both in a team and independently.
· You have a good ear for the needs and wishes of customers, a keen eye for the "big picture" and also for details, a good sense for people and an eye for opportunities and business.
· You are familiar with the life science industry (pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, MedTech) and are familiar with the processes in companies of different sizes (corporations, SMEs, start-ups).
· Ideally, you have already had contact with recruitment or HR services.
· You speak two languages fluently: (Swiss) German & English or French & English – any other language is a plus!

Based on your success, you may be promoted to a director, grow and lead a BD team.
