Digital Marketing Assistant/Project Coordinator (German-speaking)

Our client, an innovative and dynamic bio-pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland, covering multiple therapeutic areas, is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant/Project Coordinator for a maternity cover of about 8 months based on-site in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

The Digital Team is part of the Business Excellence and Execution Team. The digital team covers all digital channels such as Websites, Marketing Automation (massmails and direct e-mail communications), Social and Media Channels etc.

Position Purpose:

Manage selected projects in the Digital and OCE Team. Improve processes and systems. The role includes administrative support to the Digital and OCE Lead as well as the budget management for the entire BEE and Digital team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute on agreed scope of predominantly digital projects with special focus on OCE, digital governance and digital technical platform support such as RTE Shaman and Veeva Vault super user.
  • Responsible for Digital OneRegistry governance in Swiss IM
  • Manage digital projects to drive traffic to channels such as Media Campaigns or Opt-in Projects as well as massmail coordination.
  • Support with interface to CRM database provider and commercial field teams and on OCE/SFE reporting and communication with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance for digital marketing in collaboration with digital guidelines, procurement and GCIT processes.
  • Lead cost center planning, continuous evaluation of phasing of budget/expenses. Proactive PO management.
  • Role models Values and Behaviors to establish long-lasting, trustful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure patient views are incorporated in business decisions and solutions
  • Know, apply and defend the Code of Ethics principles internally and externally
  • Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations and with company processes: P3, contracts, required ERC training, regulatory, and legal, among others.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Professional degree in business marketing or Information Technology
  • 3+ years work experience in digital related field in Swiss market
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English; French is a plus
  • Quick understanding and adoption of new tools and systems
