Facility Manager – 4985 SRS

Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a Facility Manager for a 12-month contract based in the Valais area, Switzerland.


Your previous experience in either Facility management, Construction site facilitating, Property Management or Container management will be essential in applying for this role.


Main Responsibilities:


·       Creating an allocation plan in cooperation with all project managers

·       Organising of alternative solutions in the event of lack of space

·       Controlling costs incurred, allocation in cooperation with controlling teams

·       Detailed key control

·       Ensuring maintenance in cooperation with suppliers

·       Confirming the condition of the entire system, correction of grievances

·       Supporting site management for conversions and new buildings


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required

·       Completed apprenticeship in the commercial or technical field

·       Professional experience, ideally with experience in property management

·       Good knowledge of Excel, basic knowledge of MS Office

·       Extensive experience and accuracy in working with spreadsheets

·       Hands on experience in Electronic key systems

·       German and English, other languages are a plus

·       Sociable, communicative and very independent

·       Organizational skills with a well-structured way of working
