HR Administrator (5344 – ADA)

 

Our client, a large pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a HR Administrator for a 8 month contract (with a possibility of an extension) in Bern to support their HR team.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Recording, processing and documentation of all inquiries in the electronic ticket system (Service Now)
  • Entering, checking and completing Workday processes as well as ensuring the daily correct process approval for individual personnel measures in the system
  • Creation and updating of presentations according to specifications in German and English
  • Capturing and maintenance of data in SAP
  • Creation and maintenance of HR process descriptions
  • Participation in the creation of standard reports (e.g. KPIs, statistics)
  • Technical collaboration in projects
  • Creation of standard correspondence and correspondence according to keywords in German and English
  • Carrying out functionality tests in Workday, e.g. Workday process adjustments
  • Creation of employee-related documents in German and English according to specifications (e.g. employment contracts, contract addendums, termination agreements, references, certificates)
  • Processing and answering inquiries about all Human Resources routine processes ( e.g. questions regarding starting and onboarding processes in Workday, parental leave, working hours, etc.) for selected European countries, taking into account company and legal regulations in German and English

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·      Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required

·      At least completed a 3-year commercial training (apprenticeship) e.g. as an Industriekaufmann/-frau

·      Special trainings in the field of labor law (DE/CH)

·      Very good knowledge of English

·      Very good system knowledge of SAP HR, ticketing tool, cloud systems, HR portal technology

·      1-3 years of professional experience in human resources in the area of ​​HR Operations and/or in one Shared Services Center or a closely related area

·   Additional language skills would be an advantage (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian
