Junior Payroll Specialist – 6851

Our client is a specialist biotherapeutics manufacturer with over a century of experience treating various diseases worldwide. They are committed to patients with coagulation disorders, immunological diseases, enzyme deficiency diseases and other rare diseases.

Our client is current looking for an experienced Junior Payroll Specialist for a 12 month contract to be working from Bern, Switzerland 

Main Responsibilities:

·        Supporting with daily post, scanning and store

·        Answering eMail and Tickets

·        Ticket verschieben (SNOW Ticket system) – need support to move Tickets to the right person in Team

·        Arbeitgeberbescheinigungen (Unemployment form)

·        EO Karte (Military card)

·        Mutterschaft (Maternity calculation).

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·        Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required

·        Basic understand of Swiss Payroll

·        Basic understanding of SAP

·        Basic understand of Time management

·        Good knowledge of English and German
