Lead Expeditor – 6945

Visp or Stein

3 days on-site, 2 days home office

 

Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a Lead Expeditor for an initial 12-month contract with extension already planned, based in the Visp or Stein, Switzerland.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days home office.

The Lead Expeditor will be part of a team that is currently working on CAPEX projects.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Ensuring the material / package reporting systems is up to date in the Web PMP (Project Procurement Plan) for its allocated packages

·      Ensuring that the On Time Delivery (OTD) of expediting packages allocated to you are meeting the KPI targets set for the Department.

·      Ensuring that all Supplier Monthly Progress reports (MPR) are received on Time and shared on time with Stake holders.

·      Ensuring Timely notification to Suppliers for Delayed MPR;s

·      Co-ordination with Third Parties for Expediting Interventions

·      Share Weekly Expediting Intervention plans with Stakeholders.

·      Support order Management in processing Expediting related Invoices

·      MIS Reporting for the Department.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·      Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required

·      Bachelor degree in related field

·      Relevant job experience of at least 3 years required

·      Previous CAPEX experience is preferred

·      Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & Power Point.

·      Data Analytics & Reporting: On Time Delivery (OTD), Timely Reporting, Internal Customer Feedback Score

·      Good organizational skills with proven experience in prioritizing work and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Pro-active, Problem solving, Quick learner

·      Requirement to work both in the office and construction Site: 3 days on-site, 2 days home office

·      English fluent required
