Project Coordinator/Assistant for Radioligand Therapy Strategy program

Our client, an innovative and dynamic bio-pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland, covering multiple therapeutic areas, is looking for a Project Coordinator/Assistant for a 18-month contract (with possibility for extension) based in Basel, Switzerland.

The person can work fully remotely but needs to be located in Switzerland. Onsite visits will be necessary 2-3 times per month.

The Radioligand Therapy Strategy (RLT) program has at the moment six active projects (workstreams) that need coordination and a growing number of new acceleration requests that normally come with limited information.

The product growth manager needs help to keep things going, track progress on active projects, investigate new opportunities and to prepare regular updates to the RLT steering committee, the P3F body and other interested parties.

This request is for a project coordinator role who shall support the product growth manager to support individual product teams, projects and service delivery through disciplined planning, delivery, monitoring, and measurement of results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the RLT program's Confluence space with accurate and up to date data (project information, financials, gant charts, roadmaps, etc,)
  • Prepare presentation materials for various audiences
  • Organize and facilitate decision meetings (prepare presentation materials, agenda, etc) focused on input and decisions on priorities and ensuring we have appropriate preparation and agenda in advance, and summary published following the committee meetings
  • Organize regular meetings with the active projects and opportunity investigations
  • Assist teams and individuals with review readiness
  • Manage cross-organizational project teams to successful product delivery
  • Organize and facilitate internal governance process. Ensure communication and follow up

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • 5+ years of experience working in a high paced global environment in an administrative or operational role supporting scientific or technical leaders and teams
  • Proven capability interacting with managers and leaders in a complex services organization. Understanding of executive stakeholder management and governance frameworks
  • English fluent, German (basic, intermediate, fluent)
