We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager – Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team to be based in Basel. It will be a contract until 31st March 2025 with possible extension
Role Purpose:
The Business Analyst is responsible for helping the Product Owner carry out his/ her vision for the respective workstream by supporting activities in each of the development phases and providing project management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as liaison between Product Owner and the Scrum team(s).
- Works directly with the Solution Design Expert to align Business Requirements with IT outcomes.
- Works with the Product Owner to understand and document requirements as user stories/requirements and epics and then drive alignment within the scrum team.
- Responsible for capturing decisions and outcomes during requirements planning.
- Support the backlog with input from Product Owner.
- Responsible for ICAT Prep.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Web application and/or salesforce.com experience preferred.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in large complex programs using agile methodology.
- Experience in Patient Services, and with Salesforce, Confluence, are nice to have.
- Interpersonal Skill: They are adept to working with user groups and scrum team to obtain and analyze user stories.
- English language required.
