Project Manager – Site Development (5379)

 

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager for Site Development for one of Pharma Manufacturing Client in Valais region of Switzerland. The Project Manager/ PMO Site Development will support strategic analysis, design, decision making and implementation of key projects and programs from start to finish. The incumbent will manage the delivery together with a group of defined subject matter experts working closely with key stakeholders on site and global stakeholders as needed.

 

Key responsibilities:

·      Identify areas of critical issues across organization and support strategic analysis & design to identify & implement improvements.

·      Ensure prioritization of improvements and decision making with relevant stakeholder groups incl. Site Leadership

·      Support set up of governance, reporting and delivery structure for the Project

·      Deliver agreed improvements and engage key stakeholders as well as Subject Matter Experts

·      Align with other local programs

·      Provide ongoing reporting and escalations as required

·      Partner with other project managers to support each other and jointly derive best practices to constantly improve ways of working and effectiveness of the implementation of improvements

·      Role model a mindset and practice of continuous improvement

 

Key requirements:

·      University Degree in Engineering or Science or Business

·      Fluent in German & English

·      Experience in the field of Project Management preferably within a Biotechnology-/ Pharma-/ Chemical GMP Environment

·      Analytical skills, solid business understanding and ability to synthesize to key messages

·      Continuous improvement mindset

·      Ability to work effectively with multi-functional stakeholders

·      Communication skills across multiple organizational levels

·      Time management skills
