Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a QA Data Integration Specialist to support the data governance roadmap and act as a Quality SME for Data Integrity (DI) aspects. Iti s contract role until the end of 2026 with potential extension, based in the Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
This role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards while driving continuous improvement in data governance processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Data Integrity & Governance:
· Support the development and execution of the Data Governance Roadmap in alignment with site aspects
· Act as Quality SME for Data Integrity, ensuring adherence to GxP and data governance principles
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (lab and manufacturing) to define and implement continuous improvement
· Provide in-house training (German and English) and guidance on data integrity and Good Documentation Practices
· Monitor compliance and lead remediation activities for data-related gaps.
· Investigate and assess data integrity issues (non-conformances) in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Support and coordinate teams (e.g., Production, Engineering, Laboratories) in the area of compliance to ensure DI aspects
· Ensure structured communication on requirements and troubleshooting to improve interaction between teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
· Bachelor or master’s degree in Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and proven work experience in GMP-regulated environments
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience with GDP and DI
· Fluent English and German language (minimum B1)
