SAP SuccessFactors Application Specialist 

Our client is a leading Medical Technology company in Switzerland. It is headquartered in Central Switzerland and has a global network of production sites, subsidiaries and sales partners. For our clients SAP COE division in the IT department, we are looking for a technically experienced, German speaking, SAP SuccessFactors Application Specialist for a permanent role to be based in Central Switzerland area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work towards the further development of the IT HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, Aconso, Solique, Inolution) in cooperation with the department and be responsible for the release and problem management of these systems.
  • To design, develop and implement processes and tools in the context of the entire HR process chain.
  • Be an interface between the HR department and the development team
  • To ensure the stable operation and further development of the Client’s HR applications and interfaces (incident and problem management, 2nd level support, and documentation)
  • To create process documentation, test plans and testing of implemented changes or new developments

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant Swiss working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;
  • Training in Computer Science / Business Administration with relevant practical experience in dealing with HR systems
  • Good technical knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, and the interaction of these systems, as well as the willingness to expand knowledge in these areas
  • Solution-oriented and cross-process thinking and taking quick action to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English and a great team player
