Overview:
We are seeking a Turnover Coordinator to join our client on a 12-month contract in Stein, Switzerland, with high chances of extension. The Turnover Coordinator will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the turnover process, focusing on mechanical completions, pre-commissioning, and turnover packages. As the main liaison among Engineering, Construction, CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation), and Contractors, you will ensure a smooth, structured transition from construction to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Turnover Process Development: Assist in developing and refining the turnover process, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, workflows, and interfaces.
- Scope Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and CQV teams to align on turnover scope and objectives.
- System Boundary Preparation: Define and prepare system boundaries for both process and non-process systems.
- Mechanical Completion Walkdowns: Lead and manage Mechanical Completions Walkdowns, recording and categorizing punch items for resolution.
- Punchlist Management: Oversee the management of punch lists to ensure prompt and thorough resolution of outstanding items.
- Turnover Package Preparation: Compile and organize Construction Turnover Packages (CTOP) to facilitate a smooth transition from construction to commissioning.
- Mechanical Completion Documentation: Process and prepare all required mechanical completion certificates for handover.
- Dossier Management: Receive, review, and process construction dossiers submitted by contractors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turnover Coordinator or Turnover Engineer.
- Familiarity with turnover documentation, including VTOP/CTOP and punch lists.
- Background in turnover with knowledge of commissioning activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Knowledge and experience within the biopharmaceutical sector.
- Fluent in English (C1 level minimum); German language skills are advantageous.
