HR/Talent Care Specialist 100%

 

The HR/Talent Care Specialist works in a dynamic staffing agency environment, supporting a diverse workforce employed across multiple client sites in Switzerland. The role involves the coordination and implementation of employment activities relating to the full `lifecycle` of contractor employees and consultants on placement at CTC client sites.

This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with recruitment team consultants, client stakeholders, finance/accounting, and external authorities, ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee-focused HR administration while delivering excellent service. This is a permanent role.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems
  • Coordinate timesheet oversight and reconciliation activities; and contribute to employee salary preparations
  • Administer social insurance registrations, leave management, and statutory employee entitlements
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labour law, Collective Labour Agreements (GAV), and data protection regulations
  • Provide HR support to contactor employees, ensuring a high quality and solution-orientated approach to contractor and client interactions, query responses, etc.
  • Prepare HR reports and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education level and 2-3 years of (Swiss) HR experience preferred, ideally achieved (or working towards) `HR-AssistentIn` certification
  • Robust IT competencies in various software packages (e.g., MS Office, HR tools, CRM tools, Swiss salary systems)
  • Fluent German and advanced English languages skills (spoken and written)
  • Highly committed and reliable, solution-oriented, with strong initiative/self-starter attributes
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous office management experience or similar an asset with excellent organisational skills
