This policy outlines CTC’s commitment to sustainability and establishes a framework for integrating sustainable practices across all aspects of our operations. It provides guidelines and objectives to ensure that our business activities contribute positively to environmental protection, social equity, and economic prosperity.
1.2 Scope
This policy applies to all CTC entities, employees, contractors, and business operations.
CTC Holding AG, CTC Resourcing Solutions AG, CTC Project Solutions AG, CTC Resourcing Solutions GmbH and CTC Project Solutions GmbH referred to in this document as "CTC". It encompasses our offices in Basel and Frankfurt, our recruitment and talent management services, and our relationships with clients, candidates, and suppliers.

As a trusted partner in the Life Science Industry since 1997, CTC recognises our responsibility to operate in a manner that meets present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. - The management team and board of directors provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Department heads are responsible for implementing sustainability measures within their areas.
6.2 Action Planning
- Develop annual sustainability action plans with specific objectives, targets, and timelines.
- Allocate appropriate resources for sustainability initiatives.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for implementation.
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust plans as needed.
6.3 Employee Engagement
- Foster a culture of sustainability throughout the organisation.
- Encourage employee participation in sustainability initiatives.

8. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually by the CTC ESG Sustainability Alliance, with the support of CTC management team and CTC Board of Directors and updated as necessary to reflect changes in our business, stakeholder expectations, and sustainability best practices.
