Data Analyst (German-speaking)
Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a Data Analyst for a 5-month contract based in Valais area, Switzerland.
3-4 days/week on-site required
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting data migration and data analysis activities related to QMS documents
- Supporting the implementation and local deployment of Veeva Vault system
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- High School Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Technology; or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment, preferably within Quality Systems, Documentation, or Digital Quality
- Hands on experience with Veeva Knowledge or similar electronic document / knowledge management systems
- Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, and data quality activities
- Strong IT affinity and ability to work with digital systems and structured data
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Business level German required
