Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer 80-100% w/m/d (6905)

Our client is a leading Medical Technology company in Switzerland. It is headquartered in Central Switzerland and has a global network of production sites, subsidiaries and sales partners. For our clients Shared Services division in the ICT department, we are looking for a technically experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for a permanent role to be based in Central Switzerland area.

In this role you are responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, while integrating them with other company systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical and functional designs as well as system architecture
  • Implement complex new developments and extensions using: Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins within the CRM system
  • Plan and implement interfaces between the CRM system and other surrounding systems
  • Support the execution of changes and deployments
  • Assist in ensuring and monitoring the technical operation of the Microsoft CRM system
  • The CRM mentioned refers mainly to solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Completed education in Computer Science / IT, preferably with a higher degree (FH/HF/University) or comparable professional experience
  • Good knowledge of the Power Platform, including: Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage (ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales)
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages such as: C#, TypeScript / JavaScript, PowerShell scripting
  •   Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
