Our client is a specialist biotherapeutics manufacturer with over a century of experience treating various diseases worldwide. They are committed to patients with coagulation disorders, immunological diseases, enzyme deficiency diseases and other rare diseases.

Our client is current looking for an experienced Project Document Controller for 12 months contract to be working from Bern, Switzerland.

The Document Coordinator/Controller supports document administration within the document management system (DMS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check document content for compliance with template standards
  • Format documents
  • Apply approval criteria, including verifying any prerequisites
  • Conduct reference checks for document override
  • Support workflows for periodic reviews
  • Generate standard reports or document lists

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Several years of experience as a Document Controller in a similar environment.
  • Experience with reports, document lists and Document Management System (DMS).
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Experience with MS Office (MS Word Advanced).
  • Good coordination, organization and communication skills.
