(Senior) Global Regulatory Labeling Manager

The Role:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Global Labeling Manager. This contract role requires on-site presence in Basel and 5 months contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global labeling strategy and documentation (CDS, BPL, BSS).
  • Present proposed changes to stakeholders (GLC, ELTF, RA Sub-teams, SMTs).
  • Research regulatory guidelines, competitor labels, and clinical data.
  • Ensure global consistency in labeling changes with Country Organizations.
  • Develop regulatory documents, respond to Health Authority queries, and support safety communications.
  • Review and approve PSUR RA input and International Package Leaflets.
  • Mentor junior labeling managers and drive process improvements.
  • Provide expertise on regulatory trends and represent GL in audits.

Requirements:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in a science-related field.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
  • At least 4 years in global labeling or 5+ years in regulatory affairs/pharma.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge, project management, leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, drug safety, risk management, and business priorities.
