Our client, a global leader in life sciences and biotechnology, is launching a strategic Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative within its Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization operations.
To support this high-impact transformation, we are currently seeking a: CLM Business Solution Manager – PoC & Implementation Support (Pharma CDMO)
- Location: Fully remote
- Contract Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)

Job Overview:
This interim role will play a critical part in guiding and supporting the PoC (Proof of Concept) validation, aligning business processes, and ensuring stakeholder engagement during the early implementation phase of the CLM system. The position is not technical in nature; instead, it focuses on business alignment, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring the solution fits our client's operational model.
Key Responsibilities:
- PoC Validation & Business Case Support:
- Coordinate PoC execution across Procurement, Quality, and Contract functions.
- Validate solution fit with business requirements and support strategic alignment.
- Contribute to the business case development in line with digital transformation goals.
- Business Process Alignment & Optimization:
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align processes with CLM capabilities.
- Identify and propose areas for simplification, automation, and digital efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management:
- Facilitate structured engagement with global and site-level stakeholders (excl. Legal).
- Capture, prioritise, and manage business and user requirements.
- Act as central contact for input coordination.
- Testing Oversight & CSV Compliance:
- Oversee validation and testing aligned with GxP and our client's CSV standards.
- Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and deliverables.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to manage timelines and reporting.
- Knowledge Transfer & Transition Planning:
- Ensure thorough knowledge transfer to internal teams and future system owner.
- Support creation of SOPs, training materials, and project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 7+ years in business process management or digital solution ownership in the pharmaceutical/health sciences industry.
- CLM Knowledge: Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Agiloft, Veeva, or DocuSign CLM.
- Compliance Expertise: Solid understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in engaging and aligning global stakeholders in a matrixed, regulated environment.
- Communication: Strong documentation, facilitation, and training abilities; fluent in English.
